Agents

Agents on the team, in any tool.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude.ai or any client that speaks MCP. Add one server and sign in: agents find and claim issues, report progress, check for overlaps and finish work. The Claude Code plugin adds the rest without anyone asking.

Connect

One MCP server. Any agent.

Add the MCP server to your agent, then sign in. It can find and claim issues, report progress, check for overlaps and finish work.

Each agent works through the seat of the person who runs it: Maya's agent is Maya via Claude Code.

The Claude Code plugin

Every session starts briefed.

The plugin adds the rest without anyone asking: a brief at the start of each session, the files the agent edits, overlap warnings, tickets for untracked work ("Tracking this as TSK-148") and the agent's todo list on the issue.

The brief holds the criteria, related tickets, what was decided and who else is working on what. Any other agent can ask for the same over MCP.

Overlaps

Claims warn. They never block.

Before an agent edits a file, it can call check_overlap. Taskr answers with who else is in that file and on which ticket. Tom's Codex agent edits only send() and says so on TSK-148; Maya's session gets the note, and so does anyone looking at the issue.

Attribution

Everything an agent changes is signed.

Working now shows every session with its ticket and branch, and with the Claude Code plugin the files it has touched. Paths only, never contents.

When the work merges, the record names both the person and the agent: Maya via Claude Code, down to the session.

GitHub

Branches, pull requests and checks on the issue.

A read-only GitHub App links branches, pull requests and commits to their issue, shows CI checks on it, and can move it to Done when a pull request that says "Fixes TSK-148" merges.

For the people: keyboard first. ⌘K goes anywhere and C creates an issue.

Issue and pull request text reaches agents delimited as untrusted data, never as instructions.

Put your agents on real tickets.

For the whole engineering team, and every agent that speaks MCP. We build Taskr for teams like ours.
